Flew up to heaven on the wings of angels!

God saw you tired and a cure was not meant to be, so he put his arms around you and whispered "Come to me". With tearful eyes we watched , as we saw you pass away. Although we loved you deeply, we could not make you stay. Your golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us , He only takes the best.

After a long year of struggling to fight Leukemia My aunt Suzanne "Chilly" Boudreaux passed away at her childhood home in the arms of her mother, father and myself... I was truly blessed to have spent the last year with her... to get to know her so much more than an aunt and more like the sister i never had. She will be missed and never far from my thoughts.  

Lazy sunday afternoon!

Today we were minus two children and just being lazy... I was in my scrap area when I heard the 4 wheeler start up. I thought oh how fun would it be to go for a ride like the Old days... before we were toooo many people for the amount of atv's.. hehe. Raven & her daddy were going for a ride soooo me and Ozzie boy (our old man) jumped aboard for a ride.   

Catch up & Disney Layouts

I love scrappin Disney layouts because it brings back great memories of a wonderful vacation... Some are scraplifts but most are my own simple creations. I have been scrappin off and on this summer. I am trying hard to catch up before the new school year.. eeek.... Disney set me back ..I am looking forward to being the mom of a HIGH schooler, 1st grader and 5th grader! Many layouts to come..... I don't always find the time to update my blog but I thank all that continue to check back in hopes of something new.

The three amigos shipped off this morning headed to just 4 kicks soccer camp....... Even little bit was in there with her pink ball. Mom had a few attachment issues but all was good when she yelled " Bye mommy I love You"  So needless to say we scrapped , cooked and shot the breeze till it was time to go pick our "BABIES" !  I feel some soccer layouts coming so stay tuned!

The dance revue has come and GONE! Wow what a year... I have goose bumps looking back on this years revue... Rieli has grown so much as a dancer . This was her 7th year and she gave it her all! She danced her little heart out for all her fans.... and there were many! Now it is time to just relax and enjoy life and the lazy days of summer....... 

Sneak Peak

Every year for this beautiful little girl's birthday I get the chance to photograph not only her magical birthday party with all her family and friends but also her birthday portraits. This year we decided to use the Historical Downtown Breaux Bridge as our setting. Mrs. Grace did a fabulous job !  

High School here we Come!!!!!!!

Screams of joy could be heard at 3:11 when  the  Bell sounded... Leap results were in. I thought Tyler was going to jump in the car through the sun roof he was soooo happy. I knew he could do it but I was still relieved that the waiting was over. So tonight after his sisters T-ball tournament we all went out for ice cream to celebrate. Job well done!
